Koo Self Defense produces the HIGHEST QUALITY BLACK BELT IN THE WORLD in terms of FITNESS & MAXIMUM POWER! As you can see we are NOT a black belt factory unlike other martial art systems.

Our standard of workouts are so high and intense that no one has gone beyond 2nd Degree Black Belt in 16 years! The most number of classes ever achieved by any one person has been 1600!

Please note some of the earlier students have had other martial arts training, were given equivalent colored belt rank transfer, trained and then took the Koo Self Defense Black Belt Test after completing their minimum amount of training.
