Welcome to the Koo Self Defense's Cartersville Studio (4,500 st ft includes weights training area) which has been in the same location for 17 years at 41 S Public Square (corner with Main Street, Hwy 113/61), Downtown Cartersville, Georgia since February 3, 1992.
Master Roger Koo (40 years in the martial arts industry) created Koo Self Defense in 1992 from a completely different 'out of the box' approach. Although he was trained in various martial arts, his unique concept was to develop a training curriculum, not a style based purely on a simple premise: A Martial Art & Self Defense Training System = Extreme Physical Fitness + Devastating Power This is what Koo Self Defense represents.

Programs Offered: Month to Month Tuition Fees (NO Contracts) & Unlimited Workouts!
Non Belt: $75.00 per month
Belts: $105.00 per month (includes all belt advancement fees, except the Black belt Test Fee)
The No Belt and the Belt program offers the same workout.
The Belt program are for individual who likes to set the goal of achieving a Black Belt and visually see where they are in the belt rankings.
The No Belt program are for individual who do not care about the status of becoming a Black Belt. He or She is only interested in some or all of the benefits of Koo Self defense workouts.
